Free, no equity
Tohum is a six-month pre-incubation programme designed for founders who have not yet incorporated or are working on their first prototype. The aim is to prove that the idea solves a real customer problem and to build a team ready for the Filiz accelerator.
What is included?
- A fixed desk in the co-working space (free for the first six months)
- A spending budget of up to 150,000 TRY for prototyping, testing and user research; invoiced costs are reimbursed and no equity is taken
- Two one-to-one mentor sessions every month
- Workshops on customer discovery, MVP definition and basic legal topics
- Company formation and shareholder agreement templates
Who can apply?
Teams with at least one full-time founder who aim to solve a technology-based, scalable problem. University students and recent graduates are especially encouraged. The programme is run in Turkish; an English bootcamp track is available.
Outcome
At the end of six months: a working prototype, at least 20 interviewed prospective customers, a defined MVP plan and a pitch deck ready for a Filiz application.
