Kasaverse

Kasaverse is cloud software that automatically matches small businesses' bank transactions, e-invoices and till receipts and turns them into a pre-accounting record an accountant can use. Taking a photo of a receipt in the mobile app is enough.

Why does it matter?

Millions of small businesses in Turkey still track invoices and expenses in notebooks and spreadsheets. Kasaverse cut the average monthly close from six days to one and gives its users a 30-day cash flow forecast.

At Çimlen

The team, a Spring 2024 Filiz graduate, chose the accountant channel as its main route to market during the programme. Today 9,500 active businesses use the platform through 640 accountants. The company continues its Series A talks.

Next step

With its Series A the team plans to add more bank integrations and move to an additional product offering SMEs short-term working capital financing, which is subject to regulatory approvals. As a Çimlen alumnus it keeps access to community events and the mentor network.
